OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM
Michael is the CEO of X4 Consulting. He has extensive industry experience in major change programmes and IT transformations. Over the past 20 years, Michael has worked in Europe, USA, Australia and New Zealand in both the private and public sectors.
Michael is able to work in a variety of roles across the programme lifecycle, typically on large-scale transformations through the use of both business and technology change solutions.
Having a combination of strong people management, consulting, commercial, and technical acumen, Michael is able to work directly with senior business and technical clients from inception through to business case and then through execution.
Within these major change programmes, Michael provides the bridge between the business and technical communities with an added commercial perspective and ability to focus on complex detail when necessary. These engagements often require Michael to provide a shaping and leadership role managing technology and consultancy organisations and taking responsibility for the delivery of the business outcomes.
Mick Bell is the COO and a principal consultant of X4 Consulting Limited, based in Wellington, New Zealand.
With an international career spanning over 30 years, Mick has managed engagements in the USA, Europe, the Middle East and Africa and has worked on a range of complex transformation projects in New Zealand and Australia over the last 19 years.
Mick has a background in Enterprise Architecture, Programme Management and independent Quality Assurance. He is passionate about the successful alignment of technology solutions with business strategy to support effective change and optimised business capability.
Mick was a former partner at Accenture, a senior executive at CGNZ and HP, and a managing partner of Davanti Consulting
Craig is an experienced architect and programme manager with 25 years’ experience. He has helped many organisations successfully shape, design and deliver business and digital programmes.
Craig combines his strong grasp of the Enterprise Architecture Model with his system development and delivery skills to help our clients identify how to best embrace the benefits of becoming a digital business, reduce their transformation risk and achieve their desired outcomes.
Craig has experience in the design, development and testing of large scale, mission critical, highly resilient and robust systems which means he can help our clients deliver digital at speed and scale.
Craig has worked within the health, utilities, government and financial services sectors. He has strong stakeholder management skills and is adept at bridging the gap between business objectives and how that is delivered technically.
Philippa is a principal consultant at X4 Consulting and her mission is to apply the principles of sound information management and adapt them to meet the challenges of changing technologies and uses of information, in order to drive and support effective and efficient business processes.
As an expert in Information Management, Knowledge Management, and Organisational Change Management, Philippa harnesses the skills of strategic thinking, efficient planning and effective implementation to provide successful engagements for our clients.
With over 20 years' experience, Philippa has worked with all aspects of managing data and information in both the public and private sectors.
Philippa's extensive experience has led her to publish several articles on Information Management, including an Information Management Policy Guidebook for the Justice sector. She has also given presentations and facilitated workshops in New Zealand, the UK and Australia on Information Management, Change Management, and Archive policies.
